Built around your work

Less repetition. More useful work.

Pick a task. See what you could build.

Your weekly numbers, ready to review

Turn seven days of sales and staffing figures into a report you can check.

How you’ll build it

Use the seven supplied daily records to calculate sales, covers and actual hours. Reconcile each total with the source rows and state the reporting period. These figures come from the complete-week practice case.

Then try the missing-hours case. The report must flag the missing day and leave the full-week hours and labour ratio unknown. A fictional report demonstrates the method, not measured savings or a connected account.

Copyable prompts

Checked exercises

Everything included

A Setup Centre

Follow eight checkpoints from your computer and first file to instructions, connections, a skill and a repeatable run.

Prompts you can adapt

Set the context, source files, permissions and expected output. Copy the brief into your own Codex and inspect what it produces.

A working toolkit

Personalise eight downloadable briefs and templates for reports, invoice proposals, evidence checks, skill design, VPS preflight, troubleshooting and handover.

A visual guide library

Use 14 step guides with documentation screenshots, expected results, copyable prompts and help when your screen looks different.

Notes, bookmarks and progress

Keep your learning notes beside each lesson. Resume your last activity and save useful resources for later.

Private projects and evidence

Keep submitted results, checking feedback and notes with your project. Export your account records when you need to share the work.

Search across the Academy

Find lessons, guides, prompts, documented software capabilities and resolved questions available to your account.

Questions linked to the work

Ask about a lesson or project. Keep the question private to you and support, or choose to share it with the cohort.

Help for your next action

Tell the coach which tools you use and what you want to do. It points to relevant lessons and explains the next step. Your own Codex runs the work you authorise. Image attachments are not analysed; course search stays available without AI.

Your learning path

One agent. Six missions.

Set up. Connect. Build. Check.

  1. Create your first result

Create a small business deliverable in your own Codex practice folder.

Your checkpoint. Open the saved file and compare its contents with the supplied inputs and the requested result.

  2. Set up your workspace

Set up a project folder, AGENTS.md instructions and a brief that explains how you want the work done.

Your checkpoint. Start a fresh task and confirm it can find the right inputs, follow the boundaries and produce the requested output.

  3. Connect your tools

Map a source, assess account access and prepare an evidence record that identifies missing information.

Your checkpoint. Separate an observed read from an untested connection, and preserve incomplete data in the practice report.

  4. Build your system

Build a practice process with named inputs, a useful output and a reusable prompt or skill.

Your checkpoint. Inspect the normal result and at least one failure case before considering real business access.

  5. Make it repeatable

Add a schedule, repeat-run controls, usage limits and a response to failure.

Your checkpoint. Show what happens when the task repeats, an input is missing or a limit is reached.

  6. Run it. Hand it over.

Finish your capstone and write a practical runbook with ownership, recovery steps and known limits.

Your checkpoint. Match the result to the original brief and leave evidence another person can inspect and use.

72 lessons. 15 modules. Your pace.

The six missions use 54 core lessons. Four optional lessons cover VPS hosting and OpenClaw. Another 14 complementary lessons help you set up and work with your dot. Availability depends on your account and rollout. Every lesson includes a prompt, an exercise and a knowledge check.

01

Start with Codex

5 lessons

What you learn

  • Install Codex, confirm your account and check what your workspace can actually access.
  • Choose a small business task and give it clear inputs, an output and a way to check the result.
  • Create your first enquiry report, inspect its figures and open the finished file yourself.
  • Find Codex customisation settings and enable computer use when your task needs it.

What you make

Your first local business report, with setup notes and a short record of what you checked.

02

Build a reliable workspace

4 lessons

What you learn

  • Organise source files, working documents and finished outputs so a fresh Codex task can find the right context.
  • Write an AGENTS.md instruction file that explains your working rules and the boundaries of the task.
  • Practise isolated changes with worktrees, read terminal results and inspect a change before accepting it.

What you make

A reusable project folder with operating instructions, a clear brief and a checked change.

03

Connect your business tools

5 lessons

What you learn

  • Connect through a supported plugin, or learn when a private software key or browser access is needed.
  • Check the correct account, permissions and data coverage with a small authorised read.
  • Use Chrome to find a supported connection, store its key privately and test one authorised read.

What you make

An access map showing what worked, what remains untested and which connection to try next.

04

Brief the work. Improve the result.

4 lessons

What you learn

  • Turn a broad request into a brief with named inputs, a useful deliverable and acceptance checks.
  • Give focused feedback that improves the current version while preserving work you have already approved.
  • Use error evidence and dated sources to diagnose problems and support recommendations.

What you make

A reusable prompt, a revised deliverable and a record of the sources or tests supporting it.

05

Make good work repeatable

4 lessons

What you learn

  • Assess a GitHub skill by reading its instructions, dependencies and requested access before installation.
  • Write a focused SKILL.md for a repeatable business task and test its output on practice inputs.
  • Plan a supervised recurring task with a named owner, a failure response and a way to stop it.

What you make

A business skill draft, test records and a scheduling brief you can review before activation.

06

The Codex operator’s toolbox

8 lessons

What you learn

  • Coordinate tasks, goals and parallel agents, and choose permissions and settings suited to the work.
  • Create and inspect documents, spreadsheets, presentations and visuals through the tools available in your Codex.

What you learn

  • Decide whether your project needs a VPS, then inspect its existing services and private access before changing anything.
  • Follow a version-aware OpenClaw setup and verify provider authentication with one bounded task.
  • Practise backing up, updating and recovering the agent, with evidence of the restored result.

What you make

An optional VPS setup and recovery pack for a project that needs persistent execution.

09

Five business workflows

5 lessons

What you learn

  • Prepare a hospitality briefing and reconcile an ecommerce report using supplied practice records.
  • Classify an enquiry, keep unknown facts visible and prepare a reply and handover for review.
  • Inspect a website at desktop and mobile sizes, capture defects and define a repeatable check for each proposed fix.
  • Review overdue invoices and prepare reminder drafts while holding paid, disputed and already-handled items.

What you make

Practice reports, an unsent enquiry response and a website audit with supporting evidence.

10

Reliable automation

4 lessons

What you learn

  • Specify reporting periods, timezones and what should happen when data or a scheduled run is missing.
  • Test repeated triggers, retries and failure cases so the same request does not create duplicate work.
  • Check output quality and record usage, review effort and failure costs before increasing the workload.

What you make

A repeat-run test pack, operating log and clear limits for a supervised automation trial.

11

Build your operating assistant

4 lessons

What you learn

  • Choose one business outcome and define the inputs, reviewer and evidence needed to accept it.
  • Build a complete practice workflow that turns supplied data into a saved, reviewable result.
  • Rehearse failure and recovery, then write instructions another person can use to run and maintain it.

What you make

A finished practice workflow with an acceptance record, runbook and owner handover.

12

Run a client discovery

4 lessons

What you learn

  • Turn a fictional discovery interview into a small pilot brief, with assumptions and ownership recorded.
  • Build an evidence ledger and assess recorded access checks without treating partial data as complete.
  • Reconcile a weekly operations report and show how its conclusions change when source information is missing.

What you make

A discovery pack, evidence ledger, access assessment and reconciled report from four supplied workshops.

13

Deliver a working client system

4 lessons

What you learn

  • Build a local three-page website from an audit and test a booking prototype without creating a reservation.
  • Investigate a fictional sales decline by separating sales, traffic and stock observations from possible causes.

What you make

A checked setup and a clear account of what your dot can access. Availability depends on your account and rollout.

15

Put your dot to work

7 lessons · Complementary

What you learn

  • Give your dot a clear responsibility, schedule work and review or stop separate tasks.
  • Practise briefings, prospect follow-ups and invoice monitoring using fictional data.
  • Understand the conditions for messaging channels and delegated Work or Codex tasks.

What you make

A bounded mission, a reviewed recurring schedule and practice results with human checks.

Eight business workshops

These workshops are included in the 72 lessons. All businesses and datasets are fictional learning scenarios.

Turn a discovery call into a testable brief

Convert a fictional interview into a scoped pilot brief, a workload baseline and explicit acceptance checks.

Build an evidence ledger before giving advice

Assess ten observations, retain conflicting evidence and replace claims that reach beyond the facts.

Prove account access with a bounded read

Review eight recorded access probes and explain wrong-account, permission and incomplete-data results.

Reconcile a weekly operations report

Prepare a seven-day manager report, then handle missing hours without presenting a complete labour figure.

Build a website from a verified audit

Create a local three-page site and record navigation, form and responsive checks before publication review.

Integrate a booking flow without inventing reservations

Test a local booking prototype for capacity, venue, party size and unavailable times, with no real reservation.

Diagnose a sales decline across channels

Reconcile fictional orders, refunds, traffic and stock, then propose a test without inventing advertising attribution.

Turn job documents into reviewable invoice proposals

Prepare a proposal queue that catches duplicate documents, recognises an existing draft and holds ambiguous jobs.

Member Q&A is available. A monthly office hour is planned; dates are announced to members. Individual implementation is quoted separately.

A few good questions.

Is this for my line of work?

Yes. If you work on a computer, start with the tasks you repeat: emails, invoices, reports or copying information between tools. In this course, you learn to build an AI agent: software that carries out steps you give it. You choose its tools and access, check the results and approve important actions.

Can I start without coding?

Yes. The foundations explain Codex, prompts, files and permissions in plain English. Start with the supplied fictional files, then practise at your own pace. You will need a computer, internet and your own suitable Codex account. Four optional lessons cover VPS hosting and OpenClaw when a project needs an always-on agent.

Will this work with my software?

Start by mapping your tools and the task you want to improve. Learn when to use a supported plugin, an API (a way for software to exchange information), an export or the browser. Account permissions and subscription conditions still need checking. Unknown tools stay marked for research; a catalogue entry does not prove your account is connected.

How will I learn?

Follow written lessons, illustrated guides and adaptable prompts beside your own Codex. Practise with fictional files, check the output, then try a case with missing information or changed data. The 72 lessons include eight business workshops, four optional advanced lessons and 14 complementary lessons on dot. Dot access depends on your account and rollout. There are no course videos. Completion time depends on your setup and project.

What help is included?

The Academy coach helps you find a lesson and understand the next action. It does not operate your business accounts or analyse image attachments. Course search stays available if AI is unavailable or you reach your allowance. Member Q&A is available; a monthly office hour is planned, with dates announced to members. Individual implementation and detailed consulting are quoted separately.

How do the project checks work?

Four practice projects check defined cases on the server, including errors, repeated inputs and changed figures. See what passed and what needs correcting. Lesson ticks are self-reported. Passing an exercise does not certify your live business system. No accredited qualification or guaranteed saving is offered; you learn to measure the benefit after review, rework and maintenance.

What does access cost?

AUD 990, paid once by card through Stripe. Your access arrives by email straight away. Full refund until the end of week 2: reply to that email. Your Codex account, other software and optional hosting cost extra.

Secure payment by Stripe. Full refund until the end of week 2.
